Welcome Wednesday Update

Happy Wednesday!

CONGRATS TO PASTOR RACHEL ZEIGLER

On Sunday night at the Mid-Atlantic District Church of the Nazarene's Service on the Ministry, Rachel Zeigler received her district pastor's license! This means that leaders in our denomination have recognized in her the gifting, passion, character and calling required to be a pastor for the people of God. We are blessed to have her leadership at Stillmeadow in our Family Ministries and are thankful to God for her continued obedience to His call on her life.

WHO CAN YOU INVITE THIS EASTER SEASON?

JOIN US FOR THE ALL VOLUNTEER BRUNCH AND SPRING CLEANING ON MAY 4

If you volunteer in any way at Stillmeadow, you are invited! From 8:30-10:30, we’ll have brunch together, review our shared mission, break into our ministry areas for ministry specific updates and discussion. We’ll provide childcare! You bring the food. Sign up for a food dish here: PerfectPotluck. Please RSVP to karon.kagan@stillnaz.com.

Then from 10:30-1, we’ll divide into groups to do some spring cleaning around the church property. Yes! So come dressed and ready to serve. We’ll order pizza for those sticking around the help with the cleaning!

OUR NEXT SERIES: WORSHIP REIMAGINED

Beginning the week after Easter, we'll be taking a quick tour through the incredible book of Revelation. At the heart of John's experience is an invitation to worship the enthroned God who is, who was and who will always be! As Christians worship the Alpha and Omega, we find peace, confidence and courage to live in service to Him and in hope of his salvation.

RECEIVE THE BLESSING FROM SUNDAY

As Mary and Paul discovered life by giving extravagantly, sacrificially and wholeheartedly, may you have the courage to do the same.  Go in His peace and His love and His righteousness this week.  May you behold the new thing He is doing in you and in the world.  Amen
