Welcome Wednesday Update
Dear Family of Faith,
As we walk this Faith Series (LOOK UP!), let us be the kind of people who are, "looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God." (Hebrews 12:2)
INTERESTED IN MATURING WITH OTHERS IN A HOME GROUP?
We profoundly believe that No One Matures Alone (NOMA), which is why we provide discipleship opportunities through small groups that meet Sunday mornings and through the week. We are adding some NOMA Home Groups this fall that will meet in homes with the hope of maturing in Christ together. Stay tuned for more information!
Jesus said to his disciples, "come and have breakfast!" Let's do that. This Saturday at 8:30AM, we will have the privilege of hearing from our very own Civil War historian Scott Mingus Sr.
CONTINUE PRAYING FOR THE NATIONS
We're in our final days of our 40 Days of Prayer for the Nations. Finish up here Prayer, but keep the guide for your prayers moving forward.
On Sunday, August 25 at 9:30, we're going to celebrate God's goodness with both campuses worshiping together, celebrating baptisms together and fellowshipping in a mealtime together. If you are interested in being baptized, sign up here: Baptism To sign up for the potluck meal, sign up here: Potluck.
RECEIVE THE BLESSING FROM SUNDAY
May you be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him. May you bear fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy!
