Welcome Wednesday Update
Dear Stillmeadow Family,
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.” (Galatians 5:22-25)
VBS WORKERS, THANK YOU 1,000,000 TIMES
We hosted two VBS's in the last two weeks, one at our Stillmeadow Lane Campus and one at our Chestnut Street Campus. Thanks to all the workers who joined together to help children hear and experience the truth and love of Jesus. You invested your time in their lives, and time invested in the life of a child is priceless.
BLESS KIDS WITH BACKPACK SUPPLIES AND SLIME PASTOR JOSH AND PASTOR RACHEL?
Oh my! We want to bless kids in York and Phoenix with backpacks filled with supplies! Our VBS Kids raised $624.73 and 370 items of supplies!! We'd love to double that! We are asking for a donation total of $1,249.46 to buy book bags and 740 items of school supplies! Bring money and/or supplies in on June 23 and 30 to the Café area and if we meet this goal, then we'll cover Pastors Josh and Rachel in slime on July 7!

RECEIVE THE BLESSING FROM SUNDAY
“What I am saying is that as long as an heir is underage, he is no different from a slave, although he owns the whole estate. The heir is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father. So also, when we were underage, we were in slavery under the elemental spiritual forces of the world. But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship. Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.” So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.’ Galatians 4:1-7 (NIV)
