Welcome Wednesday Update
Dear Stillmeadow Family,
Wherever you are, whatever you're facing, know this: God is with you. The God of creation, the Lord of the universe, the Redeemer of all people, the Author of Resurrection, the Everloving Father, the Gracebringing Savior, the Spirit of Peace...is with you.
THANKS TO THE SPRING CLEANERS!
What fun it was to work together on Saturday. Thanks to all of you who were able to come out and participate in the Spring Cleaning. And that new Kids Ministry Welcome Area is bright! It says, "Yay kids are awesome!" Which is what we say as the family of God at Stillmeadow?!
MARRIAGE NIGHT IS MAY 17
Our Happily Together Forever Discipleship Group that meets on Sunday mornings at 11 is hosting a night focused on God's purpose and plan for marriage. Les and Leslie Parrott, Francis Chan and Michael Jr will be livestreamed to our 400 Stillmeadow Lane campus. Register here: https://events.rightnowmedia.org/attendee/site/1493
CHILD SPONSORSHIP SUNDAY IS MAY 12
This Sunday, we'll hear about how we can join with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries in their child sponsorship program. This incredible program seeks to simultaneously address key aspects of a child’s life—spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional, and relational—through learning opportunities and developmental interventions. Through this model, children are encouraged to grow into the people God created them to be. If you're interested, check out more here: https://cs.ncm.org/
JOIN IN THE ADVENTURE OF VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (JUNE 9-13)
This summer, let's engage children in the incredible story of Christ through Vacation Bible School. If you're a parent or grandparent you can sign your child up here: www.stillnaz.com/vbs. And if you'd like to volunteer, do so here: www.stillnaz.com/volunteer-vbs!
RECEIVE THE BLESSING FROM SUNDAY
Our Lord and our God, we ask that by Your Holy Spirit we would love not this world or the things of this world, but that we would set our hearts on heavenly things: on the grace of God and the peace of God; on God Himself. Grace to you and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
