Welcome Wednesday Update

Dear Family of Faith,

Today is a gift. You are a gift. And even better, the Spirit is a gift who gives you everything you need in Christ and is with you right now!

ACT ON BEHALF OF THE ENSLAVED

Sunday was Freedom Sunday: God's People Working Together to End Human Trafficking. God calls us to do something for the approximately 40.3 million people suffering in this way. You can find ways to help and give online here: www.ncm.org/freedom-sunday. Please pray and act according to God's heart for the oppressed and enslaved.

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT STILLMEADOW

For an in-depth look at Nazarene beliefs and an opportunity to become a member at Stillmeadow, you can participate in our 6 week membership class on Sunday mornings beginning this Sunday, Sept 29 at 11AM. If you're interested in the class, sign up at www.stillnaz.com/welcomehomeclass or by emailing kkagan@stillnaz.com.

COME ON OUT TO NIGHT OF WORSHIP

You are invited to “A Night of Worship” at Cousler Park at the David A. Raver stage. This event will be on Sunday, September 29th at 5PM. Enjoy music, praise and worship, and fellowship for everyone. Bring a lawn chair, your friends and neighbors and a picnic basket!

BRING YOUR ALABASTER OFFERINGS ON SUNDAY

We are so grateful to be a part of a church family that seeks to do justice and bring the good news of Jesus around the globe. One of the ways our Nazarene church does this is through the Alabaster Offering. We will have alabaster boxes available on Sundays for you to keep as a "change collector" or you can give online and learn more at: www.nazarene.org/special-offerings.

CELEBRATE OUR GENERATIONS WITH LEGACY SUNDAY: OCTOBER 6 @ 11AM

Come join the fun as our Stillmeadow Lane adult small group classes join our kids and youth classes for a fun Sunday! This is a chance for our youngest to meet our wisest and have fun together building relationships through games, activities, and prayer. If you haven’t joined a class yet this is a perfect time to check one out! You can find a list of adult classes here: www.stillnaz.com/discipleship

RECEIVE SUNDAY'S BLESSING

May you remember the freedom available to you because of Jesus’ death on the cross. May your heart be broken over the brokenness of the world and may your heart be moved to join God in unbreaking the brokenness.
