Hello, SNK Families!

We are heading into two of my favorite months of the year! I love that these seasons are often filled with gratitude, anticipation, and opportunities to celebrate and make meaningful memories together! At the same time, I recognize that the holidays can bring difficult moments, tender memories, and a mixture of emotions for many of us too. For some families, this season may look different than it has in years past. In the midst of these vicissitudes, may we find comfort in knowing that God remains with us. His presence, love, and faithfulness do not change, even when our circumstances do. This is truly something to be grateful for!

“I will extol the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.” (Psalms 34:1)

As a church family and Children's Ministry family, let's be mindful of both the joy and the challenges this season may hold for those around us. May our children see us model Christ's love as we extend grace, show compassion, and are intentional about loving one another well. May they also be reminded through us that they are never alone and that God is present in every season. Remember Paul's words in 1 Corinthians 16:14: “Do everything in love.”

There is so much to look forward to in the coming weeks! From opportunities to celebrate and serve to moments of worship, fellowship, and family fun. We hope you'll find ways to make meaningful memories while keeping Jesus at the center of this season.

Please continue reading for a look at what's coming up in Children’s Ministry!
