Stillnaz Youth Update 11.18.25

Stillmeadow Families,

Happy Tuesday!  Tonight is Ignite!  We are going to spend the night studying Philippians 4:5-8 through a journaling exercise.  We will have provided journals for each teen to journal with their d-group to talk through what it means to be thankful and how a life of gratitude can change our daily perspective!

Next week is prayer night so plan to attend as a family and have a Happy Thanksgiving (there will be no email next week)!

We are thrilled to share the amazing news that the Give and Gather Pasta Dinner was a tremendous success! Thanks to your generosity, service and joyful participation, we raised over $10,000 to support our teens going to NYC in Salt Lake City! A huge thank you to everyone who came out, invited friends, served in the kitchen, set up tables, cooked pasta, baked delicious desserts, donated auction items, bid generously and worked behind the scenes to make the evening a fun, special night! We are grateful for a church community that shows up, serves with joy, and gives with open hearts! Thank you for making a meaningful impact on our teens!

Here are some exciting sign-ups and dates!

  1. Food Drive- Family Ministries is partnering with our Stillmeadow Childcare Center to help fight hunger!  We are asking teens to bring in food that is on the flyer below!  We will be competing middle school vs. high school with a fun surprise at the end!  See the flyer and start stacking!

  2. Ignite Christmas Party- Our Christmas party will be Tuesday, December 15th!  This is a great time to invite others to come!

  3.  Band App- If your teen is new to youth group and doesn't have the band app, here is the link to join.  https://band.us/n/acaaA9R6d3E3L. We use this app as our way to communicate with all the teens!  If you have any questions, please let me know!
