Stillnaz Youth Update 5.04.26

Stillmeadow Families,

Tomorrow night is Ignite! We are so excited to continue through the book of James! Nikki Stocker will be giving the sermon on the wisdom that Jesus offers versus the wisdom of the world!

Family night is on break until Tuesday, September 8, 2026! Until then, we will be using Entrance B to enter youth group again over the summer! So starting tomorrow, please drop off your teens at Entrance B!

There is a new study on the Bible app that everyone can do together to study the book of James! You can start at any time and go through the days!

Also, we will memorize scripture every week and have a time to share it with one another, either during the service or in d-group. Those who memorize all of the scriptures for this series will have a reward at the end!

The next passage is James 3:13-14, "Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in humility that comes from wisdom. But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth."

Important announcement for NYC! There will be an NYC meeting for students (and parents who would like to stay)  TOMORROW, May 5th at 6:30pm! All students must attend!

Finally, Excursion and Mission Week registration are open at www.stillnaz.com/youth

Excursion is for current 8th through 12th graders to welcome incoming high schoolers and discuss the pressures we feel in high school. Our theme this year is "What are you running for?" (Hebrews 12:1).

Mission week is for all grades; our theme this year is "Move Your Faith," where we will be running sports camps for children in York City.

See all the announcements below!

In hope!
