Stillnaz Youth Update 12.17.24
EXCITING NEWS FOR 2025!
Stillmeadow Families,
It is soon approaching 2025 and I am excited to share our plan for the new year! 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work." Psalm 119:105 tells us the God's word is "a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Paul reminds us that "whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope." Knowing the word of God and the story of Jesus is essential to our walk and growth with the Lord. Knowing God's story IS knowing our story!
This year, we will be reading through the whole Bible as a youth group and a church. The reading plan is available on the YouVersion Bible app (we also have a paper copy!).
Below is the plan for your teen that we will follow together as a youth group. Have them join and accept the invitation so we can journey together through the whole Bible this year! We have also posted the plan on the Band App and have QR codes available on Tuesday night! The goal is for every teen to sign up!

All of the YouVersion plans are the same so that you will be able to talk to your family about the scripture you all read that day. We hope this is helpful to your growth as a family and individually. Families that engage in communal prayer and Bible reading consistently report heightened levels of positive parent-child relationships, opening the door for deeper conversations about faith and self.
We pray that as we take this journey together that "our hearts will burn within us" (Luke 24:32) as we open the Scriptures together!
