Stillnaz Youth Update 02.24.25

Stillmeadow Families,

Good Monday afternoon.  As we start a new week, we remember the events of what happened this weekend at UPMC.  We name there is brokenness and tragedy, and we name the hope we have in Christ to restore.  We hold these two things together at the same time and remember God's work isn't done.  We turn to Him in trust and turn to Him to move and then we move where He leads.  May we run toward the broken and point others to Jesus, the way, the truth and the light in the darkness.  

Tomorrow night is Ignite!  We are starting the book of Deuteronomy where Moses tells the generation about to enter the Promised Land, the story of God's faithfulness.  This week, may we also tell our children the stories of God's faithfulness in our lives.   Let us not be prone to forgetfulness.  If you haven't joined the reading plan yet, click this link below!  This is a great time to start!

Reminder!  Since there will be times we will serve on a Tuesday night off site, we are asking every family to fill out the yearly permission slip that is attached that gives us permission to take your child off site on a Tuesday night!  Please fill this out and return it to pmoses@stillnaz.com ASAP!  Thank you!

Here is a summary of a couple of exciting things coming up!

1.  Gather25 is THIS FRIDAY February 28-March 1.  Teens are invited!  I am looking forward to this powerful time of coming together with the global church worshipping, praying, and expecting!  Be sure to register at stillnaz.com/gather25

2.  THIS SUNDAY is youth Sunday!  Encourage and cheer on our youth as they lead us in the service!

3. Winter Jam is Saturday, March 8th.  Please register here.  The cost is 15$ at the door.  Your teen will need to bring the money with them if you register!
