Stillnaz Youth Update 6/24/24

Stillmeadow Families,

Happy Monday!  Today is kick-off to mission week!  Our theme verse for the week comes from Galatians 5:13-15, “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.”
‭‭I have been praying this time of service would allow each teen to have awareness of the work of God in their lives, other's lives and the world. I am also praying, like Paul reminds us in Galatians, that they will see true freedom is living a life of love.  We will be talking about this at Ignite this week also!  Even though it is mission week we will still be meeting for Ignite!

There will be no Insight on Sunday morning (6/30) at 10:30am but instead we are inviting all teens into the services for a time of testimony from our teens and our mission week slideshow!

Save the date for 7/13 where teens can come and serve in the Chicken BBQ fundraiser and earn money for their teen accounts!

This week we have slight shifts to our d-groups as we acclimate to our new 6th graders!

Finally, there is a new app called "Band."  We are asking all youth to download the app and search for Stillnaz Youth and request to join!
