Stillnaz Youth Update 04.08.25

Stillmeadow Families,

It's Ignite night!! Woot Woot! I am thinking about the name "Ignite!" Will you be praying with me that God will continue to ignite his flame and fire in each of our teens? Tonight, I am excited that Ben Miller will be bringing a message of searching ourselves for the things that separate us from the Lord. The prayer focus tonight is all parents, step-parents and grandparents. Your child will be praying for you tonight! Then at the end of service, we are taking time to repent to each other and before the Lord for anything He places on our hearts, "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."- James 5:16

Reminder! Since there will be times we will serve on a Tuesday night off site, we are asking every family to fill out the yearly permission slip that is attached that gives us permission to take your child off site on a Tuesday night! Please fill this out and return it to pmoses@stillnaz.com ASAP! Thank you!

Here is a summary of a couple of exciting sign-ups coming up!

SAGE is tomorrow night! SAGE happens the first Wednesday of every month. We go to Providence Place to strengthen all generations equally. It is such a fun time! We will meet at the church at 5:15pm and return at 7:45pm!
Holy Week prayer service for all families, youth and congregation hosted by Ignite on Tuesday, April 15th at 7:00pm! Take note: there will be no open gym this night!
Baptism Sunday is Easter Sunday! If you or your teen is interested in being baptized, a flyer with details is below! You can sign-up at www.stillnaz.com/baptism
On Easter Sunday, your teen and family are invited to sing in the JTAG Choir, you can sign-up at www.stillnaz.com/choir
NYC fundraiser- Honor and Glory Concert! On Friday, May 9th youth ministry is partnering with worship ministry to host Honor and Glory (if you have heard of Disciple, this is their worship band). This concert is being fully sponsored by Rock Real Estate and Body by Barker (thank you!!!) so all tickets and concessions sold will go to the teens going to NYC. Plan to attend to support our youth! Concert Service- If your teen plans to attend NYC, mark your calendar for Friday, May 9th. In order to earn money in your teen account for this event, your teen 1. has to be at the concert serving in person or serving on a team leading up to the concert 2. attending NYC 3. sign-up to serve on a team by 4/15!

Excursion is right around the corner! We will be going away with our 8th-12th graders 5/23-5/25! This camping event welcomes our upcoming highschoolers to the high school group as we retreat and listen to what the Lord is saying during this season of life! More details below!
