Stillnaz Youth Update 07.15.25

Stillmeadow Families,

Praise God for His faithfulness in our lives! Praise God that we can bring all of our requests to Him and can sit back to rest in His arms. Praise God He is a God who doesn't leave us how we were but wants to transform us into a new creation. Tonight, at youth group we are talking about Ezekiel and specifically the passage below. I am praying that each of us will resist the entertainment fandom of religion and cling to being a true follower of Jesus. Will you pray that way with me tonight as we minister to the youth? I am thankful for each of you! Below are some important announcements!

Ezekiel 33:30-33

30 “As for you, son of man, your people are talking together about you by the walls and at the doors of the houses, saying to each other, ‘Come and hear the message that has come from the Lord.’ 31 My people come to you, as they usually do, and sit before you to hear your words, but they do not put them into practice. Their mouths speak of love, but their hearts are greedy for unjust gain. 32 Indeed, to them you are nothing more than one who sings love songs with a beautiful voice and plays an instrument well, for they hear your words but do not put them into practice. 33 “When all this comes true—and it surely will—then they will know that a prophet has been among them.”

Cornhole Fundraiser/Chicken BBQ THIS SATURDAY- If your teen is planning on going to NYC they are invited to help this Friday and Saturday with the chicken BBQ and the cornhole! A separate email will be sent with details! If they volunteer, they will earn money toward their trip! Below is the link to actually register to play in the tournament! 2. Prayer Night! July 22nd will be our corporate prayer night as our teens will be leading us through prayer time as a church! Please plan to attend and invite others!

5. Fun 5th Tuesday/Parent Night! July 29th will be our family meal and connect time! Please RSVP and let me know if you plan to attend and eat with us on the 29th!

6. Band App- If your teen is new to youth group and doesn't have the band app, here is the link to join. https://band.us/n/acaaA9R6d3E3L. We use this app as our way to communicate with all the teens! If you have any questions, please let me know!
