Nominate, Gather and Give, Help at Fall Fest
Make it stand out
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Dear Stillmeadow Family,
Yesterday we reflected (at Stillmeadow Lane and at York City) on the Great Commission as told in Matthew 28, Luke 24, and Acts 1. The commission that Jesus gave to his first disciples has been passed down through the centuries and generations to us. As they were the hinge for the next generation of disciples, we are the hinge for the next generation.
As disciples who make disciples, I encourage you to ponder these questions:
Am I learning and putting into practice everything Jesus commanded?
Who am I teaching what Jesus commanded?
Is forgiveness as central to me as it is to Jesus?
Thank God for the faithfulness of the disciples who have answered Jesus’ call through the generations before us. A lot has changed in the 2000 years since Jesus met with his disciples, but the good news that Jesus lived, died and rose again and empowers us to live with his love…that good news has not changed.
Let us be faithful. Be encouraged by this song sent to me by one of you after yesterday’s message.
Last Call for Church Board Nominations

I’m praying for and cheering for you as you go about this week.
In His love and power,
Josh
