Good afternoon! It is Tuesday!! I hope your family had a restful weekend. Tonight, we are talking about the Samaritan woman and the freedom she experienced through knowing Jesus told her, "everything she had ever done." We are going to have a time to ask leaders questions about the things we are carrying.
Reminder, tonight is the college workshop with Ray Stark! If you have a student between the grades of 8th-12th and would like help planning their college education, drop your child off and head to the Sprinkle House!

Youth Ministries is excited to announce a special event which will be coming to Stillmeadow Lane on Saturday, October 11th! GATHER & GIVE
Gather & Give is a fundraising event filled with a unique culinary experience and an opportunity for connection and giving! This evening promises an atmosphere of celebration and purpose! Whether you’re mingling over delicious food and crafted punches, bidding on your favorite auction item, or competing with your neighbor for your favorite dessert, every moment helps fuel our mission...sending our Youth to NYC ‘26!! I am excited to receive what the Spirit has laid on her heart! Here are the reflection questions to talk through with your teen:

3. How can I continue to draw closer to God as I work through healing myself in areas I need to improve?

Good afternoon! It is Tuesday!! I hope your family had a restful extended weekend. Tonight, we are moving into the New Testament and looking at Matthew 19. We will talk about the things in our life that are hard to give up in order to follow Jesus. I am praying for each of you and your teens that they will hold onto Jesus more than anything else in this world. You are loved! Please see important NYC information below!
Also, SAGE is this Friday! We will be participating in SAGE the first Friday of every month so mark your calendars! It is an opportunity for us to serve together monthly while engaging with multiple generations!
We will meet at the church at 5:30pm, travel to Providence Place and then we will have ice cream afterwards at Jim Macks in Dover! Please text your teen for pick-up! If they do not have a phone, you can communicate with me!

Good afternoon! We are praying for each of your families as you enter the transition of the school year.
God has reminded me He is constant in all of the change, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." We may not always know where we are or where we are heading but we serve the God who sees exactly where we are and doesn't lose sight. I am praying this school year, the Spirit will open all of our eyes to exactly what we are to see. God is with you and your family and for you and your family.

Good afternoon! We are back from teen camp and we witnessed the movement of the Holy Spirit in powerful ways! Please be praying for each of the teens in our district who attended camp. Ask the Lord that they will continue to be strengthened by His Spirit remembering His faithfulness and the work He has done and will continue to do!
Tomorrow night is our Back to School Bash!!! Woohoo! The Kiles have graciously opened their home for a Back to School pool party! The party is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at 100 Poplar Lane Mount Wolf, PA 17347

Also, Wednesday night we will be participating in SAGE- Strengthening All Generations Equally! We will go to Providence Place nursing home to engage in activities with the residents. Afterwards we will be heading for ice cream! Drop off at the church is 5:30pm and pick-up is 8:30pm! You can also meet us at Providence Place at 6:00pm if that is easier!

Stillmeadow Families,
As you receive this, we are at teen camp with 21 of our teenagers! Please join us in praying for these 21 that the Spirit moves in unity and transformation and healing and vulnerability and mobilization. And that everyone's eyes will be on Jesus and we will see His work in the land of the living! There will still be Ignite this week! Joe Kidwell will be preaching this week and our other youth leaders will be there!
Important announcement for next week: This coming Sunday, August 10, is the backpack blessing so have your teen bring their backpack to church for their annual blessing and tag!
Also, next Tuesday is our Back to School Bash at 6:00pm at the Kiles house! They are hosting us for a back to school swim party! Spread the word! We are looking forward to it! I will send the address next week!

Tonight from 7pm-8pm is corporate prayer night! Plan to attend with your families and friends! I am particularly excited about this prayer night because the teens planned the entire thing themselves. When you see them encourage them for the work they did tonight! I am praying we experience the grace of God tonight in a surprising way!
Thank you all to participated and came out to help with the cornhole/chicken BBQ fundraiser this weekend! There was connection and fun and money raised for our teens!

Stillnaz Youth Fundraiser

WE NEED HELP WITH THE CHICKEN BBQ FUNDRAISER
Stillmeadow Families,
It's time to shake your tail feathers!! We will be hosting the Cornhole Tournament and Chicken BBQ Fundraiser THIS Saturday, July 19th. Cornhole registration begins at 9:30am, and Chicken BBQ will begin selling at 11am till 1pm (or until sold out). This is a fundraiser is specifically being held to support Students attending NYC ’26. The money will only be dispersed to those attending NYC in the summer of 2026! If your teen is attending NYC, have them sign-up!
Each meal will include 1/2 Chicken, Baked Potato, Applesauce, Roll & Butter and will be sold @ $13. All orders will be placed the day of the event, so please share the news with your family and friends so they won’t miss out on this yummy goodness!
We are in need of students and/or parents to help make this fundraiser a success. There will be three ways to serve...and each way will earn you funds for your teen account.
Friday Night Prep ~ 7/18 from 6pm - 7:30pm ~ 8 slots available (Scrubbing and Wrapping Potatoes, Prepping Applesauce Cups, etc.)
Saturday Early Morning Crew ~ 7/19 from 8:00am - 11am ~ 8 slots available (Setting up fire pit and assisting with BBQing Chicken, Setting up Prep Tables, Making Signage for Hype Advertising by the Road, Help with Cornhole Registration/Concession).
Saturday Late Morning Crew ~ 7/19 from 11am - 2pm ~ 12 slots available (Hype Advertising by the Road, Bagging Meals, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Meal Distribution, Clean up, Help with Cornhole Tourney)

It all begins with an idea.
Stillmeadow Families,
Praise God for His faithfulness in our lives! Praise God that we can bring all of our requests to Him and can sit back to rest in His arms. Praise God He is a God who doesn't leave us how we were but wants to transform us into a new creation. Tonight, at youth group we are talking about Ezekiel and specifically the passage below. I am praying that each of us will resist the entertainment fandom of religion and cling to being a true follower of Jesus. Will you pray that way with me tonight as we minister to the youth? I am thankful for each of you! Below are some important announcements!
Ezekiel 33:30-33
30 “As for you, son of man, your people are talking together about you by the walls and at the doors of the houses, saying to each other, ‘Come and hear the message that has come from the Lord.’ 31 My people come to you, as they usually do, and sit before you to hear your words, but they do not put them into practice. Their mouths speak of love, but their hearts are greedy for unjust gain. 32 Indeed, to them you are nothing more than one who sings love songs with a beautiful voice and plays an instrument well, for they hear your words but do not put them into practice. 33 “When all this comes true—and it surely will—then they will know that a prophet has been among them.”

Tomorrow is Ignite!! Woohooo!
We have just returned from mission week and truly experienced the Spirit of God. There are many stories that the teens will share tomorrow with their peers! We are continue working through the Bible tomorrow and will be diving into Lamentations. Lamentations is a book of deep lament that reminds us that God wants to hear our real pain, not our fake praise. He wants to meet us in our grief and sadness and offer healing. We will be exploring this with the teens tomorrow. Here are some reflection questions:
Questions:
What’s your go-to comfort food, show, or song when you’re feeling down?
Why do you think it’s hard to be honest with God when we’re struggling?
What are some feelings people try to hide from Him?
Have you ever felt like God was distant or silent? What was that like?
What’s the difference between complaining to God and turning away from Him?
What promises about God in Lamentations 3 bring you hope?
How do you usually handle pain—stuff it, escape it, or talk about it? Why?
What’s one way you can turn to God in a real, honest way this week? (Examples: prayer, journaling, music, talking to someone)
What’s one thing you want to say to God today—either a pain, a question, or a hope?” Pray.

Stillnaz Youth NYC Update 06.10.25

Good afternoon all,
We are excited and looking forward to NYC2026 June 30-July 7. Thanks to those who could attend our parent meeting last Tuesday for teens interested in going. Here is a snap shot of what we talked about as a recap to those who attended, and to inform those who were unable to attend :
1. Registration
Registration is live and active. If you know for sure your teen is attending, please use the link attached to this email. The district is limited to 250 spots, so we want to make sure your teen is able to go!
The registration link will have you sign-up through Stillmeadow first and then it will take you to the district page to register there as well. We need both steps completed so that we can transport to and from the airport on the church level, and then the district level handles the event itself.
2. Payments/Accounts Attached you will find a suggested monthly “savings” plan and when payments are due.October 1 is a $600 dollar payment and registration due. The other 2 dates are spelled out on the payment plan attached, and the total due at that time.Payments will be made through Stillmeadow and then we will be cutting one big check to the district. You can pay through any means (cash, check, online) just make sure the memo stats NYC payment.
Patsy keeps track of all the students going and payments received. Also Teens have accounts that money from fundraisers goes into. Pasty will send out balances to these accounts periodically and you can let her know you would like to use this towards a payment.
3. Fundraisers: We had a great fundraiser for the concert. Student who helped will get money in their account once we have confirmed they are signed up and registered for NYC>
July 19th- Chicken BBQ and Corn Hole Fundraiser
October 4th- Dinner fundraiser
Students can do individual fundraisers them selves, but the ask is not to set up tables around the church. They can sell by word of mouth and directly asking people!
4. Sponsor letter
We have a sponsorship letter that you can send this out to family, friends, and anyone else to help sponsor and support the trip. The letter was written to make it simple to add a few things and it is good to go. Reach out to Pastor Tabitha @ Tmartin@stllnaz.com for the letter.
5. Follow on Social MediaFollow the NYC2026 on Facebook or Instagram for up to date information throughout the next year. You can also follow our district NYI mages as well!
6. Pray
Set your alarm at 8:26pm ( 2026 in military time) to pray each night for NYC> We are doing this as a district, and I believe a crossed USA and Canada as well. Pray for the teens, adults, speakers, the event, and God’s movement that will occur.
