Start with praise in Psalm 150.
Read Paul’s two sentence testimony in 1 Timothy 1:15-16. Take a moment to write your GodStory in two sentences.
Now read Paul’s extended testimony in Philippians 3:4-14. What stands out to you? What do you relate to?
Paul spent much of his ministry urging unity within the church. Read his description of the unity in Galatians 3:26-28 and his practical suggestions in Philippians 2:1-4. Which of these practical suggestions does the church most need today?
Paul also spent much of his ministry building up the next generation of leaders. What about his instructions in 1 Timothy 6:11-16 resonates most with you?
If you’re in a group, split into groups of 2-3 for the last two questions. What is a behavior that you need to flee and leave behind? What should you pursue instead?
Remaining in your groups of 2-3, what are some ways that you want to invest in the next generation of Christians? Close in prayer together, lifting up the responses to the last two questions.
